POB Connector Lobby
Who can use this room
Oden Institute Faculty, Staff, Students. University-affiliated groups and individuals.
The POB Connector Lobby (south lobby that connects POB to the GDC building) is a gathering space that is available to the UT Community.
The open space and atmosphere allow for formal dinners and special events, seating up to 200 people. Chairs and tables will need to be reserved through Facilities Event Support and Moving Services.
Limited seating (36 chairs) is always provided.

How to reserve
Requests will be responded to within 2 business days. Any requests not made with at least 2 business days notice may not be approved. Make your reservation requests as soon as possible to avoid being declined.
