Abstract

Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) is a leading global company in semiconductor and display production equipment. TEL develops, manufactures, and sells tools that build the computer chips inside the technology enabling life as we know it. Rencheng Dong is a research scientist at Tokyo Electron. His current work focuses on wet processing in semiconductor manufacturing. He received his Ph.D. in petroleum engineering under the supervision of Prof. Mary F. Wheeler from the University of Texas at Austin in 2021.
