Lynnlee Harrell

Biography

Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Lynnlee Harrell earned her Bachelor’s in General Studies from Texas Tech University and launched her HR career at her alma mater. Over the past decade, she’s built well-rounded experience across nearly every area of HR—Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Operations, Talent Development, Performance Management, and Payroll.

Lynnlee has developed a strong passion for staff engagement, believing that when HR teams truly support their people, it builds trust, boosts morale, and leads to greater job satisfaction. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three cats.
