Jacob Badger

Biography

Jacob Badger is a CSEM PhD student with a background in mathematics and mechanical engineering. Jacob is working with Dr. Leszek Demkowicz to develop scalable high-performance adaptive solvers for Discontinuous Petrov-Galerkin (DPG) finite element methods, which will be applied to study transmodal instability in optical fibers.
