Luis is a Ph.D. student at the Oden Instittue, and is part of The Scientific AI Research Group, led by Prof. Richard Tsai. Previously, he worked as a Data Scientist at Bloomberg LP in London and holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Wuerzburg, Germany.
His current focus is on scientific computing using machine learning, developing deep reinforcement learning strategies and Monte-Carlo tree search algorithms.
