Messan Quevison
Systems Administrator II Oden Institute
Biography
Messan Quevison has been at the University of Texas at Austin since 2007 and currently holds a role as Systems Administrator with the Oden Institute. Quevison has 15 years experience in IT support (MacOS and Windows), holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and an ITIL certification. He is passionate about his work in IT and believes technology plays a major role in solving problems. At the Institute, he is responsible for MacOS and all technologies related to its device management such as Ivanti, Munki tools and Apple MDM. He has enjoyed the challenges and opportunities since his time here and is excited for the Oden Institute’s future.
In his time at the University, Messan has been honored as a recipient of the 2010 Truly Outstanding Performer award (TOP award) from the Dean’s office of Texas Extended Campus (formerly known as the Continuing and Innovative Education department at The University of Texas at Austin).
Away from work, Quevison likes to ride motorcycles, wrenching on cars, and maintaining a near perfect lawn.
