William Gilpin

Biography

William de Almeida Gilpin is an assistant professor of physics at the University of Texas at Austin, where he moved in late 2022. William was previously an NSF-Simons fellow at Harvard’s Quantitative Biology Initiative. He received his Ph.D. in applied physics from Stanford University, and his B.A. in physics from Princeton.
