Yoo-Jin Ahn

Biography

Yoo-Jin received her Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2025. Her doctoral research investigated shock–boundary layer interactions and fluid–structure interactions in supersonic and hypersonic flows, utilizing advanced optical diagnostics. She is currently exploring high-temperature gas dynamics, applying laser-based techniques such as Raman spectroscopy and coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) in extreme environments.
