Graduate Student Computational Research in Ice and Ocean Systems Group
In Ivana’s work as a graduate research assistant at the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences, she is developing coupled models to merge underwater acoustics with ocean general circulation. In academic research, her main interests lie in implementation of physical models for Earth sciences and state estimation in high-performance computing systems. Her current research focuses on computational methods in ocean-acoustic data assimilation for state estimation problems.
