Joanne Foote

Biography

Joanne graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with a focus on photojournalism. After graduation she held a variety of different roles, including with the Austin Public Library, working as a Production Manager at a small start up, and as the Director of Operations and Communications at an area non-profit. She is dedicated to quality communications, and as a writer and photographer, considers it a privilege to be part of sharing the unique stories of people and their passions.

A native Austinite, Joanne enjoys time with family and friends, a good roadtrip most anywhere, visiting her kids at their respective out-of-state locales, gardening, being outdoors when it's below 90°F, and restoring her soul hiking and relaxing in the mountains or near water.
