John Brennan received his PhD in theoretical physics from Maynooth University, Ireland, in 2018, where his research focused on topological quantum systems and exact solutions to lattice models. He has held research positions as a computational scientist at the Irish Centre for High-End Computing (ICHEC) and as a postdoctoral researcher at Maynooth University. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Texas at Austin. His research interests are in the intersection of computational physics, high-performance computing, and machine learning applications in numerical simulations.
