Melissa Manifold

Biography

Melissa Manifold joined the Oden Institute in October 2016 as the Administrative Assistant at the front desk, and has since moved to two other positions assisting faculty and their groups, and now primarily assisting visiting researchers as the Administrative Program Coordinator. 

She graduated from UT Austin in 2010 with a major in History and a minor in Education. She planned to teach middle school or high school Social Studies, but ended up going to a two-year Bible school in southern California. She then came back to Austin and worked for a Christian club on the UT campus for two years. She was introduced to the Oden Institute in 2016 by a long-time Oden Institute staff member and fellow church member. 

Manifold enjoys riding her bike on dirt roads and being clean and organized.
