Becky Langdon

Biography

Becky grew up in Manchester, UK, before attending St. John's College at the University of Cambridge to study Physical Natural Sciences earning an MSci in Physics with an emphasis on Quantum Theories and Particle Physics. She joined the CSEM program in Spring 2022 to undertake a master's degree with an emphasis on statistical machine learning. Her focus is on applying Bayesian methods and other modelling techniques to a variety of interdisciplinary problems to produce predictions to advise climate change mitigation and adaption strategies.
