Biography

Yash Jain is a PhD student in Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is advised by Dr. Nikolai Matni and Dr. George Pappas. His research focuses on control theory, multi-agent systems, machine learning, and game-theoretic decision making for autonomous systems.

Prior to joining the University of Pennsylvania, he completed a double bachelor's in Computational Engineering and Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin. Under Dr. David Fridovich-Keil, he focused his research interests on developing mathematically grounded learning and control methods that enable safe, reliable, and scalable autonomous decision-making under uncertainty.
